Fried potato and green beans.
This is my own recipe, self-discovered. I always cook this dish if I am out of idea, or when I really do not have anything to cook. What you need are 2 eggs, 2 potatoes and a can of green beans, costs only RM1. ++.
Nice to eat, economical and good for health. I think.

Get ready with 2 eggs. |

Get ready with 2 potatoes. |

Peel the potatoes. |

Beat the eggs into a bowl. |

Cut the potatoes into piece, about half cm thick. Not too thick. |

Rinse a can of green beans. |

Heat up the wok with cooking oil. |

Fry the potatoes... |

... till brown and slightly crispy. |

Drain the oil and put the fried potatoes onto a piece of tissue paper. |

Fry the eggs. |

Beat the fried eggs into small pieces in the wok. Push aside the fried egg when done, take out the excessive oil, be health conscious in cooking. OK. |

Put in the green beans and fry. put some kicap cair to taste. |

Put in the fried potatoes and fry. Put a little bit of water if it is dry. |

Fry till fragrant, not too long because all the ingredients here are pre-cooked. Serve. |
Tips :
1. Discard any potatoes with growing shoots or small roots, they are poisonous.
2. The patotoes and eggs must be fried till crisp. Remember to drain the excessive oil.
